All you need is love (and maybe a little space)

There’s a lot going on. It’s easy to feel overwhelmed. It’s common to feel anxious.

And on top of those already unpleasant feelings, that stress that’s been piling up can cause us to be harder on ourselves and others than we normally would be. 

The first step in breaking the cycle is being aware of it. Then it’s all about taking small actions to care for yourself and those you care about. Doing a little good can go a long way.
