Being a teen already has its challenges. But being a teen trying to live your best life in a global pandemic is next level.
This time may have you feeling anxious, worried, and stressed about both the present AND the future. It might be really helpful to have someone to talk to, but you might not be sure where to go. There may be things you aren’t ready to share with your friends or family. Or you may not want to worry them even more with everything else that’s going on in the world.
That is A-OK. Thankfully there are a bunch of folks out there who specialize in chatting with teens who may have some heavy things on their mind and want to talk it through with someone else.
