Directing Change Winner Announcement

Congratulations to the Directing Change Winners! The Directing Change Program and Film Contest engage students and young people throughout California to learn about the topics of suicide prevention and mental health in an innovative way: a film and art contest. Contestants can create 60-second films, written poetry, articles, or even paintings in response to the monthly prompt and work to create a lasting impact.

November’s Directing Change monthly prompt was sponsored by Crushing the Curve. The film contest category fell under “Hope & Justice” and answered the prompt “My Reason for Wearing a Face Covering.” Crushing the Curve sponsored the content in the Bay Area and Sacramento County. First, second, and third place winners were selected and will be featured on our website and on Instagram. See the links below to view the Crushing the Curve winners artwork.
